SkyViewpoint skyboxes don't work

Skybox setups using SkyViewpoint actors do not work; the normal sky is used in sectors where it should be using a skybox. This is broken in all builds since and including 883-g26f54b0. GZDoom's OpenGL renderer does not have this problem.
Attached is a simple SkyViewpoint skybox setup.

Broken since
31d842a8, which is, if I am not mistaken, when all the other rendering problems started as well...
