The most funny and weird glitches you have seen in games

what are the most funny and or weirdest glitches you have witnessed in games. for my one time i was playing call of duty black ops 2 and i killed a bot and his body stretched across the map. then there was one that i was happily wandering in far cry 3 then i fell through the bottom of the map.

For some reason, EA's Madden games keep winding up with glitches where specific players wind up being only inches tall, due to apparent typos in their stats. Well, apparently this glitch has ascended to the point where EA did it deliberately a while back:

I really wish what I experienced was widespread.

I was playing Mortal Kombat 4 when I was a child for the first time with my cousins. One of my cousins pointed out that the music was glitched up during the fight.
When it went to the falling game over screen, the music was glitched up insanely, and my character (Raiden) had his limbs extended to really inhuman proportions.
It scared me into submission, and I haven't touched Mortal Kombat 4 until I saw the game was okay again. It was most likely a CD problem.
The falling pit screen gets to me, but not as much as that time.

That time I purposely loaded every ZDoom mod I could at once. I ended up with Zesters in KDIZD shooting homing nuclear revenant rockets at a brutal doomguy with parkour moves and throwable blue spheres that spawn friendly demons.

It doesn't. I saw a unique glitch (or trick?) in Trilogy. If you perform a babality, use a unique button combo to grow back to normal size and it explodes. Declares as a Fatality instead. It only works on the N64 though.

Just for you, here's a solid hour of glitched fatalities. Watch people turn into babies for no reason at all, get punched out of Animalities, and the game declare the wrong person the winner several times.

got very far in a hard game, a game that has no quick save and not generous with check points, and the elevator I was suppose to go up didn't spawn. it was just a hole....
