I've been using this forever now. The lines on it help me remember where I like to keep my windows and I love the simplicity of it. That and I love black. Sometimes I change it but then change back to this soon after.

Different variations dark monochrome images with water in them or desert landscapes. Low contrast and easy on the eyes. Right now I'm using the Doom 4 back cover in high resolution though.

I actually have a HUGE collection of wallpapers 1920x1080 and up. They all randomize for at least 5 minutes.
I'd post the pictures if I didn't have 300+ of em.

I wrote a program to generate wallpapers for me so they always fit exactly to the screen resolution (image with transparency drawn on top of a tiled pattern).

Here's a fresh one for the laptop, generated in just 0.25s. Each of my laptops has one "waifu" used for the hostname and for theming everything from the UI to even the root password.
