It's a set of levels, not a full-on megawad. It had a few custom-made monsters. The first level had lots of green walls, and had you coming out into a circular hallway that had a gallery of seemingly random pictures, two I can remember being "Heavy Weapons Guy" from TF2, another AVGN, and the music was really awesome too, almost like a techy-chiptune soundtrack.
I remember downloading this a long time ago, but for the life of me I can't find it now that I have so many.

God yes, this was it. Thanks. I put it in the wrong folder, no wonder I couldn't find it.
