So Bubsy, as you know got a "revival" on Steam which is a repackaging of the first 2 games. However somebody looked into it and discovered a "secret" behind the coding.

Apparently it's using SNES9x, An emulator which has stated is not meant for commercial use: which is really stirring up controversy as of now.
