ZDL Equivalent for Blood?

I've been playing a lot of Blood recently and I've found a couple of maps and mods I'd like to try out. Sadly, there's no easy way to load them without editing the config file every time one wants to try something...

Does anyone know of a modern GUI launcher for Blood similar to ZDL ?

It comes packaged with a bunch of mods, unfortunately it doesn't have some of the more recent releases like Death Wish or French Meat. Also it's a huge download since it's packaged with a lot of mods.
