Prologue:

It all begins Several years ago, when an elder demon by the name of Errinn ruled over the nine realms.
A group of powerful mages from the earth realm took the quest to stop her reign for good.
They created a sacred staff, blessed by the gods themselves, and approached Errinn's realm.
After a protracted and merciless battle in her realm, the mages have achieved victory and finished their ambitious quest.
Errinn falls to her knees, and becomes imprisoned in a magical stone.
Years pass, Errinn's elusive remaining servants have been searching for an item that could free her gathering hints in the city of Asiras of the earth realm.
They approached the city, grounded it to dust, and found an amulet the king wore around his neck which managed to release Errinn from the stone...
And i wish to thanks everyone that i known on the zdoom forums and proboard voice acting forums.

Basically you cannot pass by the mines anymore after mortila destruction so you would not be able to reach the mountain and surrounding areas if the WAYPOINT is not unlocked.
-FIXED: Some problem with Grey / Green Ettins and ice shattering has been solved.
-FIXED: Elder Maulotaur never ending charge attack.
-CHANGED: Necromancer weapons damaged lowered by 3 for the throwing scythe and 1 for the Harehead pink projectiles.
-CHANGED: Necromancer scythe heigh have been increased.
-CHANGED: Necromancer throwing scythe speed lowered by 3.

-CHANGED: Coins light beam as been reduced. I've found it really annoying when i was fighting monsters and a lot of coins were on the ground it was completely blocking the view..

-ADDED: A New "GRABBING THE GROUND" button have been added, for certain QTE (Quick time events) moment at some point in the game.

It also give you access to a COINS & JEWELRY converter, you can trade coins for jewelry OR jewelry for coins.

-ADDED: Centaurs no longer go invulnerable with shield, except for the big centaur. They use their shield which has different effects on centaur types.
-ADDED: [Centaur] - When hurt, uses shield which will heal centaur a little, makes it immune to certain effects (radius damage, morphing items, and a few others), and will shoot a projectile before he puts it back down.
-ADDED: [Crystal Armor Centaur] - Shoots bolt from shield when attacking, also does this when hurt. Their crystal armor gives them high hp and high damage.
-ADDED: [Gold Armor Centaur] - When shielded, it will attempt to shield bash you if you're close.
-ADDED: [Giant Red Centaur] Strong, miniboss tier. Rapidly shoots bolt from shield, is invulnerable when shielded.
-ADDED: [Demon] - Shoots fireball that has splash damage.
-ADDED: [Grey Demon] - Shoots fireball that splits into 5 fireballs when it hits the wall, doesn't split when it hits player though.

CHANGES TO ARTIFICER CLASSE:
- Artificer now autoswitch weapons.
- Artificer nailgun ammo use for normal attack was lowered to 1 (it was 2).
- Nailgun has an altfire, single shot that deals a lot of damage and costs a bunch of ammo.
- Flamethrower has an altfire, pour flammable liquid on the ground that you can ignite with the primary fire. Make traps or a wall of fire!
- Nailgun and flamethrower primary fire is stronger.
- Contraption and flamethrower fires faster.
- Grenades (Both spear and contraption) no longer disappear when hitting water.
I can tell you that there is a lot! of changes and new stuff/areas.. secrets.. this is a huge step forward in the developement of Mortila.
This was suposed to be released later on but with my work i will not have time to edit it for months so i do prefer to release it now.

About the things you must know:
BEFORE START:
Make sure sector light mode is set to DARK! Strange visual effects may occur otherwise! (Mostly "standard" mode)
Go to options>display options>opengl options>preferences>sector light mode - Set it to DARK.
Some textures format seems to not show translucency, for better textures/sprites quality you should use RGBA8 format.
Go to options>display options>opengl options>textures options>textures format - Set it to RGBA8.

Go to options>Customize Controls
In the Player abilities section set a button for "Grabbing the ground" it is a special button used in some QTE (Quick time events) in the game.
If you do not set it you will not be able to pass some area, it is really needed.

UNSOLVED/KNOWN PROBLEMS:
1: If you listen to the whole intro without skipping it, when you will hit the USE key in game, it will do as if you skip the intro anyway ..
About the Classes:
Some character class have unique gameplay mecaniques, especially the Artificer & Necromancer class.
Artificer:
the Artificer don't need coins to buy weapons, but Junkpieces. The junkpieces can be found all arround the
Earth-realm.It can be tricky to deal with, since if you cannot managed to find enough of them you will stay stuck
with not much weapons.He also use Flammable liquid tank and Gunpowder instead of mana.
Necromancer:
When playing the Necromancer class you do not need anything to obtain weapons, you just have to found them
arround the Earth-realm. You may think of how money you could get by saving that much on weaponry ? Don't think so,
since peoples don't like Necromancers you will pay double prices for an item in the shoppe.
The ICONS:
Q: The Q icons can be Green, Red, Blue & Grey. They represent QUESTS: Good quest = green, Bad quest = red, Side quest = Blue & Grey = The quest you are in.
?: The ? icons are yellow, they represent information/peoples to talk with(Some peoples do not have icon and can still be talkable by pressing USe key on them)
The QUESTS:
Good quest: The main storyline quest.
Bad quest: not yet done.
Side quest: Side story quest, still connected to the main story but they are not necessary to beat the game.
But even then, they affect the main story at a certain point..
The AUTOMAP:
The automap is not only there to show you where you are, in Mortila the automap is use to show Icons, Characters, and many other things.
So keep in mind to take a look at it when you dont know where to go or what to do.
The TOWNPORTALS:
At some point in the game, you will be able to buy Town portals.
This Town portals is use to return to Mortila from where ever you are. And by taking it back you will able to return at the same spot.
Town portals can be use in every Realms.
The WAYPOINTS:
Waypoints must be found to be used, they are found all arround the Earth Realm ONLY.
By this waypoints you will be able to move on many diferrent locations instantly.
The IMMUNITIES:
Some enemies are less affected by certain type of damage.
Boss can use TOTAL immunities against some Damage types.
Exemple: Ice enemies are more affected by fire but almost totally immune to ice, has the fire enemies will be more affected by ice than fire.
If a weapon seem weak against an enemie, try something else.
The DAMAGE TYPES:
There is many different Damage types, here is a list of them.
Normal
Fire
Ice
Electric
Drainlife
Poison
Poison cloud
The JUNKPIECES:
If you play as the Artificer, you will need to find Junk pieces to build your weaponry.
They can be found all over the Earth realm ONLY.
So keep your eyes open for them.
The CHESTS:
The chests in Mortila cannot be open by attack.
To open a chest you have to press the USE KEY.
The EGGS:
Chicken eggs can heal you, so dont hurt the chickens.. they are usefull.
The JARS:
Jars in each realm are breakable and drops many things as the coins and manas.
The SKULLS:
If you see skulls on the ground, that means that you are approaching a boss fight, so before you go further be sure to be equiped.
The CRUSHERS:
Beware of the crushers, in this game they will kill you instantly.

CHANGES TO ARTIFICER CLASSE:
- Artificer now autoswitch weapons.
- Artificer nailgun ammo use for normal attack was lowered to 1 (it was 2).
- Nailgun has an altfire, single shot that deals a lot of damage and costs a bunch of ammo.
- Flamethrower has an altfire, pour flammable liquid on the ground that you can ignite with the primary fire. Make traps or a wall of fire!
- Nailgun and flamethrower primary fire is stronger.
- Contraption and flamethrower fires faster.
- Grenades (Both spear and contraption) no longer disappear when hitting water.
