does anyone know where can i get the wad file that has this intermission screen for the Thy Flesh Consumed episode?

I think Skunk made it in this thread, but I don't see a download, maybe he deleted the attachment:

It might be on my old computer somewhere. Maybe it should be on the wiki for download.
