Bouncy's Sound Emporium! (Will get back to eventually.)

Post by BouncyTEM »

Okay, hopefully this will be simple enough to get to work.

Just to put it bluntly, I have a MONSTROUS sound archive. So much so that even if I split it into many archives, i'd probably be spending the next few months uploading the parts.

But, on the other hand, it's not getting much use right now, either.

So, idea's rather simple. I may not be uber fast in responding to each request, but make your sound requests here and I'll try to supply you with something ideal as soon as I'm able! :)

Hopefully, this should be a pretty useful service to zdoom. :3:

Do you have any good gore noises? I'm talking, like, heads exploding, since that's exactly what I'll use it for.

Here's a few. I can get more if these three won't do. :)

I have several "gib" sounds... Quite a few of them are from Heretic 2 actually.

This thread made me laugh. Last time I requested something from Bouncy, I'd considered offering to give him some sounds from MYarchive if he ever needed 'em. :laff:

Got all except Heretic 2's. Could rip Heretic 2's myself if my heretic 2 disc wasn't in such horrible shape. :P

Wouldn't mind having Heretic 2's as well, but my archive's already stretching into the ludicrous GB levels. *looks at what it is now* 80 GB. Yeesh. :?

Just to label a few things I have sound effect wise...

Elder Scrolls Oblivion
Fallout 3
All Doom Engine games
Dark Forces 2
Sound Ideas General 6000 series (Win! :3: This was nasty to buy. x.x Totally worth it, though.)
Can easily rip from a lot of C&C sounds
WoW
Dungeon Siege 1/2

There's a lot more but these are some of the bigger ones.

Perhaps. Wouldn't know for those particular 3 since I had found them in a random sound package.

Do they cover what you need? I can always pull a frakton more.

Got any shielding sounds? I'd like to drop these Halo one's I've got :P

I'll take anything, even stuff that could potentially be modified into what I need. I have all the tools I need, just need source SFX.

EDIT: Clarification.
