I decided to remake and expand upon some of the textures from the Gothic DM series. I've included the original texture that inspired each set for comparison:
Spoiler:
Here's an alternate version of the first set, with bordering similar to the other two:
Update #1: Here's some marble textures:
Update #2: And some textures inspired by the Gothic DM aqua textures. The 64x128 texture in the first image is one of the originals, for comparison:
Update #3: Various recolours of a Heretic flat used in Gothic DM:
Update #4: A set of SlaughterDM inspired metal textures:
Update #5: Some metal support textures:
Update #6: Some dark wood and contrasting supports based on ADEL_G04:
Update #7: recolours of various textures to match ADEL_B14, ADEL_B15, and ADEL_U20:
Dark metal set based on ADEL_Q41:
Also, see this thread for a whole bunch of brick textures, many of which are very similar to those featured in Gothic DM (as well as others which are not, but would still be suitable for gothic themed levels).
This thread also has numerous textures suitable for gothic levels, including marble and wood sets.

A second update, this time with some textures inspired by the Gothic AQUA* textures. I'm also planning on doing some brick textures based on these.

Nice textures and variations. The red marble, however, still has quite a few green-biased pixels in the darker areas and these really stand out to to me and spoil the effect. Is there not a dark red or two in the Doom palette that they could be replaced with? (I know that there is a bit of a shortage of very dark reds so maybe not.)

Hmm, those 'green' pixels are likely a dark shade of brown, which usually blends well with the red but should be dropped a shade or two in this case.

Could be very useful, I like all the different colors.

Another update, this time with some rock textures (based on a Heretic flat), and some STARxx variants. I also updated the red marble, replacing the greenish pixels with brown and grey - hopefully they look better now .
BTW I'm not just limiting myself to the original Gothic DM textures; I'm also recreating/expanding on textures created for GothicDM-esque projects, such as SlaughterDM and Crucified Dreams. Here's a quick preview of a set of metal textures inspired by SlaughterDM; the original is on the left, my remake is on the right:

I'm going to add some these to RNtex as I was going to make some square/rectangular marble textures but you beat me to it .
now all I need to finish that texture pack is some square/rectangular wood textures

I've added the finished SlaughterDM style metal set to the first post.

I added some metal support textures to the first post. I'll probably brighten the rivets on the dark metal, as they're barely visible at the moment.

I like what I see.
So is the idea to combine this with the existing Gothic Textures pack?

Pretty much, though some are recreations of existing Gothic textures.
