This is a nice start. The engine is definitely not Doom, making reverse engineering difficult, so I wouldn't worry about ripping everything.
How did you rip this anyway? Emulation or a capture card of some kind?

the origional doom-rpg stuck with more the doom3 like style.
but they still weren't perfect.

From left to right:
Arch-Vile: You know him, you hate him.
Sawnobite: Basically an Imp that's dropped the whole fireballs thing in favor of a bloody big chainsaw. Very resistant to chainsaw damage.
Major Morgan: One of the three playable characters.
Pinkinator: The mother pinky. Attacks by shooting baron fireballs and occasionally spewing out a squad of Pinkies around it's room.
Sgt. Blazkowicz: One of the three playable characters, and the same old Doom Guy we know and love.
Sentry Bot: Guards some rooms, but can be picked up by hacking terminals and remote controlled. Comes in "shooting" and "exploding" flavors.
Watcher: Stupid floating flesh thing. Doesn't appear enough or do anything interesting enough to register some form of interest.
Zombie Tech: The lowest rung on the monster ladder. It throws green goo at you, and dies upon being hit with anything harder than a light breeze.
And in the other post,
Harbinger of Doom: The end boss of Wolfenstein RPG. A horrible creature summoned up from the pits of hell. Takes on a Spear Of Destiny-wielding Blazkowicz and loses an arm and various vital body parts, and gains a serious grudge. And now you know why E2M8 was so hard when you first played it.

From left to right: Chainsaw, Assault Rifle, Soul Cube, BFG, Rocket Launcher, Plasma Rifle, Assault Rifle w/ Scope, Chaingun, Super Shotgun, Holy Water Pistol.

Let's compare this to the one me and my brother made. To be totally honest, I think we did a much better job, although our sprite isn't perfect either...
