I really don't know if it is worth fixing but Heretic's wind sector specials also thrust the player when under water. (on the other hand the fix is just adding one 'if (waterlevel<2)' to the code which is doing the effect.)
Another thing (not a real bug, it was just quite annoying while testing the 'Crosswinds Village' level in Shadowcaster): Thrust is also applied in NOCLIP mode which made checking out this particular level with its extreme wind a real pain.
