Doom \ Quake Project

Hey Everyone, I'm new here. I've been working for the past 8 months on a solo project mostly with the help of Bryan Henderson (Zombie Slayer Mod for Doom 3 and a crew member for the Classic Doom 3 mod). The project I'm doing is http://www.quake-rebellion.com a film that spans the Doom3 and Quake3 universe by telling the story of Doom's use of the soulcube, his betrayal by the human military, and his abduction by the Vadrigar into the Q3 universe, and his enemy's\allies within the Arena and his fight against the arena masters.

The film is made enterily in 3D Studio Max.

Is this a good place to try to find support for voice work and any 3DMax support? Always looking for new crew members.

Doom, Sarge, Ranger, Visor, Xearo (are the main quake characters that show up)

But if this is not a good place to look for any voice work, I'd appreciate some pointers in the mod\project community?

I'll be honest - cool as this sounds its got very little to do with ZDoom and most of us won't be of any use at all except possibly for voice acting. I can't think of anywhere offhand to point you though...

Phobus is right, not many of us can help except in voices or maybe creatively.

So, how do we get at you for some voice work?

*edit: Ever try searching for a 3dMax forum or a blog? There must be something there. This is the internet, afterall.

3dsmax? :(. I was hoping this would be an in-game machanima project, but I guess Red vs. Blue broke that genre.

Anyways, this project actually looks pretty cool, especially the Hell Knight battle screen.

Nice idea. Even though is not related to zdoom at all, I like it.

I could do voice acting, even though I havent tried before... well, maybe I couldnt.

i know its a quite bad place to post on, but acctually there is no other place in this forum to post on. And it would be sad for us Zdoomers to not know about this :P

Lol, I can do a really cool "Killzone - Helghast" voice, but I don't have any recording equipment, sorry :lol:
