Respawned item specials

Respawned items don't have specials, and seem like they should maybe. Plus, posting here takes less typing than playing around with mapspots and respawning manually and all that fun stuff.

(There was another bug here that looked kindasorta similar to this, but I'm not sure exactly what was fixed or if it only applied to DECORATE things or.. yeah. anyway, .60 came out since November, so if it were fixed it would work...)

I think Randy explained why it is the way it is and I don't think he wants to change it.

Decorate items will keep their special after spawning, but normal items won't. Reason: Decorate items derive their functionality from specials, so they need to keep them. With normal items, single player is considered the default behavior, so they shouldn't execute their specials more than once.

Ah, okay, that works then.

(I was tacking specials on normal items just until I got the script working, to be replaced with decorate items later anyway.)
