[Dead] Zombi Outbreak

Post by Cutmanmike »

YES IT'S SPELT ZOMBIE I KNOW, BE QUIET

This is a GZDoom only project i'm working on. I'm serious this time! Unless ST has model and 3d floor support, this isn't getting anywhere other than GZdoom.

Zombie outbreak is about one thing. Survival! Hopefully these screenshots should give you an idea of what's to come:

What a creepy looking house! Not my idea of a vacation!

Image

Looks like nobodys home...

Image

AAAAAARGHH!! ZOMBIES!!!!

Image

They're breaking in!

Image

Use the crate to block them out!

Image

Uh oh... Time to run for it!

Image

Use the valuable rocket to make room!

It's dark, but I can distingish those Psionic's zombie models there. Is this going to be some Ghoul's Forest kind of thing? I mean, some scary kind of crap?

Cutman, your topic title is wrong. You forgot the E in Zombie.

Anyways, what is with you and making wads PERFECT for Skulltag Survival? Considering your other work, this should be amazing! I look forward to it!

Relax. Someone will use your sprites ;)

Did that on purpose, to look badass and such.
Is this going to be a scary wad?
Depends if you think zombies are scary I guess, but it won't be intentionally scary like the ghoul wads.
Doom pistol = out of place.
You're kidding right? I tried to get all the other weapons to match the doomguy's glove (apart from the rocket launcher)

Also, a couple different zombie models with the same stats would liven things up. Or boss zombies could occasionally appear. Variation is an important part of Survival Games.
