Teleporter stopped working in 59/60 cabs

Line 185 WR teleport silent which I used in my Lamasery.wad stopped working. It was working in 57.cab but not in 59 or 60. I never got 58.cab to test that.

I think it's fixed, Randy re-uploaded 60 after the bug was found. If you downloaded 60 within the first few hours it was up, just grab it again.
