Cooperative setting: Spawn Multi. Items

I suggest that there be another option added similar to Spawn Multi. Weapons, except including all items with the multiplayer flag on.

i thought this was fixed in the later versions? there's no co-op/dm flags but just one multiplayer flag that can be applied to a Thing.

Sure there are. But not for Doom2.exe compatible maps. It only had the multiplayer flag.
As for the suggestion, I doubt it makes sense. The weapon flag was only added because ZDoom didn't handle weapons in Coop correctly and to allow both the old and the correct behavior an option had to be added. But for other items the handling is correct so any option here is rather pointless.

I don't understand your reasoning for denying this. Regardless of what reason the multiplayer weapons flag for coop was added, it is very useful for playing stock id Software games like Doom 2 without having a BFG spawn straight at the beginning on the first map.
I'm simply suggesting that it be taken a step further so that ammo the extra ammo and items don't appear.

I'm kinda begginer with command lines, but this means that we'll have no more extra items in coop games? Well, I agree =) .
Not everyone knows how to configure flags, so an option like this would be nice! (Although the original MS-DOS DOOM 2 version also has the extra weapons/ammo in coop games.)
