Partial Invisibility straight up doesn't work as intended in 4.12

This was fixed about a month ago. Try one of the recent development builds.

I personally don't bother with dev builds, but it's good to see that fixed.

Please, please, please release an (actual, not dev build) update to GZDoom soon. Partial invisibility has been broken for four months now. FOUR MONTHS! How was this not hotfixed? The powerup has a tough enough time justifying its existence as is, and you're going to let the small handful of times that it is useful and designed around be taken away? It just ain't right...
