Crashes on save

Post by paulito »

In the latest version, the game started crashing, usually on save

OS: Windows 11 (or higher) (NT 10.0) Build 22631
GZDoom version g4.11.3

How do I attach the crashes? File too large

There should be a crashreport zip in the GZ directory.

Probably this is not all that helpful in your case.
I finally found both files and loaded them through GZDoom with a batch file
D:\DOOM\ENGINES\GZDOOM\gzdoom-4.13\gzdoom.exe -iwad DOOM2.WAD -file Project_Brutality_Final.pk3 D2RELOAD.WAD +logfile run.txt

While GZDoom came up with Script warnings, Undefined drop items and Unknown terrain it was successful in playing D2RELOAD.WAD with the PB_Final monsters.

Saving the game after several minutes of gameplay also was successful by saving into a dedicated folder D:|DOOM|GZDoom|SAVES.
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.
