Combine games/expansions into one entry.

A simple suggestion, instead of having to pick a game or its expansion, perhaps set it so the expansions can be picked from within the game itself. So if someone has Shadow Warrior with Twin Dragons and Wonton Destruction, they just have to choose Shadow Warrior, and Twin Dragons or Wonton Destruction can either be in the episode select, or under "Official Addons" above "User Maps", rather than having to select one from the launcher.
