Raze 1.7.1, Windows 10 22H2, on a fresh INI. Tested this in Duke 3D Atomic Edition but probably happens anywhere.
Language switcher in the Miscellaneous Options menu is stuck at a value of "Unknown" and cannot be changed from the menu. Setting the language cvar from the console to a valid value does not fix this. Suspecting it's a problem with the menu script.
