`Eternal enemy sounds` replaces enemy sounds in `Doom 2/Freedom` with over 650 samples from `Doom: Eternal`

For high-res texture/sprite projects, sprite-fix patches, music add-ons, music randomizers, and other graphic/sound-only projects.

Hello,

The pack updates the whole roster of Doom 2/Freedoom with over 650 sound effects of the corresponding Doom: Eternal enemies, complete with footsteps (a Hideous Destructor feature) and adjusted frequency/volume of barks. Arachnotron/TechnoSpider shares the firing sounds with the plasma gun, which was also updated—if that bothers you, either bring your own sound effects for weapons to complement this mod, or delete these definitions in sndinfo.Arachnotron.

I made this for Hideous Destructor, so most sounds might feel like they’re too quiet. If that’s the case, I’d like to change that, but won’t have time to test or adjust the numbers—feel free to post feedback or open a PR on GitHub. I’ll need to reorganize the repository to make maintaining/archiving several versions easier, but that’s okay—I’ll find the time to do that. Other than that, the source is licensed under MIT, so do whatever you want with it, but I highly recommend keeping the contents of credits.txt.

To be clear, the footsteps ONLY work with Hideous Destructor right?
