Slade Botching textures in Pnames and Tex1
So Im adding more textures to my wad but sometimes when I do the process, it replaces an already existing texture name and patch name even though It is named completely different, stupid ass bug. I would like to know what causes this so i can counter it if it occurs again.

I don't see a problem in that image though. Neither the texture name MIRROO or the patch REINDS exists in DOOM or DOOM2.

The MIRROO texture is suspose to be a glass mirror and that metal texture is suspose to be called REINDS. When ever I add a flat to a texture and a patch it replaces an already set texture and screws up the flat in DB.

Exact steps to reproduce would help. Is DB running while you do this? If so, does closing it help?
I'm only guessing, but this could be related to using the same name for the texture as the patch. Regardless, bugs are best reported in the proper place rather than worked around.
