Basically, changing APROP_DamageFactor in ACS doesn't affect radius damage factor for whatever reason [so you still take full damage from barrels/rocket-explosions/etc, even if you set it to 0]. I'm not sure if this is a bug or not, but if it isn't, could RadiusDamageFactor be made as a property to check/get/set? I know doing it for other damagefactors is probably not likely, but RadiusDamageFactor is a seperate property in DECORATE/etc from the other one, hence my question on this.
Edit: Might as well also add the request for APROP_SelfDamageFactor as well.
