Maybe unzip all the files instead of just raze.exe?

Where did you unzip the files to?
The 1.11.0b zip file certainly contains zmusiclite.dll. I unzipped everything int a directory on my D drive and Raze is working just fine for me.

Ohhhhhhh.... i see the problem now. I didn't put it in my drive. Thanks for letting me know!
