Hello,
I've tried replacing XHAIRB2 with a custom one instead adding a new one in hopes it will play nicer with mods that change the XHAIRS file. Using any image resolution other than 17x17 seems to align the top left of the custom xhair with the center of the screen.
Does anyone know a way to implement a custom crosshair that works with mods that overwrite XHAIR lump?
I tried searching online, in the zdoom forums and the zdoom wiki and did not find a solution. Sorry if I missed it. Hopefully people can find this post if they have the same issue.

EDIT: This is for GZDoom 4.10.0
EDIT2: The center is about 17 pixels down from the top-left of the custom crosshair. Same for another 99x99 crosshair borrowed from Brutal Doom. The custom crosshair has the same issue when set as XHAIRB10. Custom crosshair was made and exported from GIMP.

Re: Top-left of XHAIR at center of screen
I manually looked some more and noticed this thread: viewtopic.php?t=77302
I used Slade to open the custom crosshair and matched the offset related settings with one from Brutal Doom which worked.
