Not entirely sure this changed with the refactor, but it seems Tchernobog is now always facing away from the player after his closet opens up on E4M8.

I can only intermittently reproduce it which makes it very hard to track down. Most of the time he awakes as intended but sometimes he does not - and that damn two headed Cerberus makes quick testing a real pain in the ass.
The oldest commit on which I was able to see it is

Of course that's right in the middle of a large stretch of commits that do not alter Tchernobog's code.
