[Another forum suggestion] Auto mark threads read

Forum suggestion: Automatically mark threads read if ignored for, say, 10 days.
I think that should be made an option if anything because I'm sure some people want it to stay the way it is (I know I do anyways).
Besides that, how would you implement it?
