...the console prompts are missing.
Noticed this after I got frustrated at the obtuse nature of the later maps of this game when I started noclipping through walls and areas. Not only that they do not update in real time when introduced, so you have to open and close the console after each cheat, but they also return no confirmation in the console. They do show up in the top left corner though.

Possibly similar to the issue we had in Duke 3D where I had to move a fusion further down the main loop to repair.
I've just gone to bed so will have to have a look tomorrow at some point. But hey, at least there's no interpolation jitter when paused anymore

I do think it is more or less that same issue, if I recall correctly only SW, Blood, RR and Duke had this fixed, but Exhumed got left out. At least we know where changes are needed, most likely.
