Issues with version while compiling on Windows (fresh clone)

Post by mjr4077au »

Just wondering if someone can try cloning the Raze repo 100% fresh (I'm using Sublime Merge), running it through CMake (I'm using 3.17.3) and seeing whether the game builds (I'm using MSVC 16.6.2) with a version number? I've reformatted my PC over the weekend and I'm having issues.

Doing a fresh clone under Linux gives with same Git tool and CMake version and don't have this issue.

Code: Select all

Thanks, yeah that'd be it. I don't have the "actual" git tools installed like I used to. Ta!
