When you wash up on the shore, if you look behind you and just pan around in general you get this weird stuttering. Excuse the potato capture method...

This seems to be the same as viewtopic.php?f=340&t=68946 , with the key difference being that instead of plain stuttering I also get the nasty screen spasm, which occurs in various instances and levels, not just E3L1 of Vacation.

In the first map of WW2GI there's also a place where it happens, my guess is that the crude fixed point math fails somewhere in there.
