When I load the game with a fresh configuration, despite defaulting to FluidSynth, the sound actually comes out of my Roland UM-ONE USB to MIDI adapter. Changing between the UM-ONE and FluidSynth resets the music as one would expect, but only ever comes out the UM-ONE.
