[0.5.0] Ambient Occlusion darkens screen

This feature probably isn't supported yet so I'm reporting for prosperity.

gl_ssao 3
works without major issues in Shadow Warrior and Duke3D with one exception. After activating SSAO through the console the screen turns dark until you cycle the scale factor setting.

Consider it experimental. It cannot work properly with how the renderer currently works.
