[March 3rd Master] [SW] "Player Speech" toggle has no effect

Looks like the toggle has no effect in SW.

I've been warping between levels and Wang still talks when the option is set to OFF.

That switch is a Duke only thing right now. Of course with Wang talking this much it makes sense to activate it here as well - SW's player speech sounds are all clearly tagged so it is doable.

It's a shame to silence Wang, but you get the idea ;) .

Too bad some funny lines have gone unused though. While browsing through an extracted voice lines archive I noticed some gems - such as "You drive like a baboon in heat!" rofl. BTW SWP has the option too, simply called "Talking", but curiously VoidSW does not. I think Redux has it too but I'll have to double-check.

VoidSW is not based on SWP, so it never got all its options. Both are based on JFSW as a common ancestor but they branched off at different points.
