Dynamo previously mentioned this in a conglomerate post in the closed bugs section.
I'm still getting about a dozen “Invalid Value (0xa003)” in one minute of game play at the start of the first level.
The pistol fire sound seems to be affected the most.
Edit: I just noticed that I neglected to include the commit hash. It's still an issue as of 64a34f8af78ee5b627e11a39a291ca5fab57472a.
