[0.4.4] [Blood] Missing menu options
Vanilla Blood, and by extension NBlood, have options under "Game Settings" to allow toggling "Slope Tilting", "View Bobbing", and "View Sway", but all these options are missing from Raze.

Slope tilting is also a thing in Shadow Warrior - it's on of those useless and utterly distracting gimmicks. Guess why I left it out of the menus.
