[0.4.2] [SW] "Enable Weapon Pickups" has "unknown" default

Essentially the title.

There still are some erroneous settings that can be observed in menus, one such setting being set for "Enable Weapon Pickups", which by default is "Unknown" instead of simply "On"/"Off".
