The CVAR exists, but doesn't seem to have an effect: alt-tabbing doesn't stop the music playback, regardless of CVAR value. Tested in Duke3D.

Tested this out in Blood and SW as well, and it doesn't have any effect there either.
This appears to be game independent. Funny that the CVAR is actually set to "False" by default.

The code in ZDoom to handle this is not compatible with Raze, there's a few more issues with putting it in the background.
