More generaly, how tell/force actor, if it fall into certain conditions or receive call from "outside" of its "body", stood still, stopped changing states and didnt try run its virtual functions and function(s) in current state frame?
I try no interaction and dormant flags, but gzdoom dont take into account dormant flag it it marked after actor spawn.
