[Fixed] New Episodes

Randy, when you use MAPINFO to make a new episode and have it start on something abnormal (like HEH01 instead of MAP01) if you go to New Game while in it, it starts you back in MAP01 instead of your new custom episode or even asking what episode you want to start a new game in.

Yes. Massmouth 2 uses MAPxy

ZooM is currently using CxTy and if you go to New Game it won't ask you where to start. It'll simply take you to MAP01

Really? I'm using 47.cab and it works perfectly.

Why not make a map01 that has an open script that instantly warps you to the first ZooM map?

[FUTURE-EDIT] Way to be the obvious man... well, someone had to do it. I think they 'fixed' this by making MAP01 a lounge map, since episodes never came until later. Really though, I do miss Zoom.

Kirby, that was NOT a troll.

It's a small bug with a new feature Randy added that as overlooked. I'm reporting it here so he can take a look at it. It shouldn't need to be hacked, and I said such.

I realize some of these people are attempting to help, but I personally do not beleive that sending them to MAP01 and then to the LOUNGE would be a solution. First of all, we're not replacing any maps. MAP01 included. Second of all, you would still see a slight flash and then the end screen for MAP01. Not to mention we would have to replace "LOUNGE" with "MAP01" in all of our scripts and lumps.

This is entirely unnecessary. It is something that Randy must've missed when he added the ability for new episodes in MAPINFO.

...And you hardly have any standing to call anyone a spammer or a troll. You've been banned from more than one forum and you're not doing so hot here. The forums haven't even been here a week and you already have as many posts as Randy. You have an average of 23 posts per day and from what I've seen, none are related to ZDoom. I only have 45 posts or so and most (not all, but most) have been bug reports or editing questions.
