I assume the same as +CANTLEAVEFLOORPIC but for the ceiling. Could be useful for ceiling-walking enemies like Stalkers from Strife.

There's no such thing as ceiling walking - even for the stalkers it's all fake.

Is there a reason to want to have this tied to walking on the ceiling? You could have other use cases, such as actors that only want to stay under the open sky and will not enter buildings.

They use NOGRAVITY with constant distance checks, they cannot climb 'stairs' on the ceiling or other stuff and if they lose touch by moving into a sector with a higher ceiling they just drop down.

Even then, CANTLEAVEFLOORPIC itself is rather shit, it's legacy baggage from Hexen that was never well implemented.
