If you've downloaded the version of it from GOG that appears as an Extra File, all you need to do is drag and drop it onto Raze (or -file cusspack.zip, or set it up with a launcher like ZDL somehow) and then select Redneck Rampage as the game. The Cuss Pack ZIP file is literally just a whole bunch of VOC files that replace the ones in REDNECK.GRP, and as such it is already perfectly configured to be loaded with Raze by sheer coincidence.

Two little details.

The Cuss Pack uninstall script nukes all .voc files, rudely deleting six .voc files that ship with the vanilla game. So you may want to back these up before messing with the Cuss Pack: ASYAMB.VOC, END66.VOC, G_BITE.VOC, G_SIT.VOC, NEON.VOC, TURD66.VOC.

Also, Marphy Black on duke4.net made a nice little mod that retains most of the vanilla sounds while also including the Cuss Pack audio, in effect giving you more audio variety instead of just all vanilla or just all profane.

These 6 files are for the Route66 pack, not for the base game. The cuss pack is not aware of the messy distribution of the GOG release which goes out of its way to do it in the worst way imaginable.

This is a recurring problem with all kinds of Build engine mods due to the broken lookup order in the engine's file system.
