Hello there,

I like to report that i made a small resource wad file about Wolfenstein3D
I call it a demo, so you can play alittle around in the classic blocky-corner envoirement.
The demo contains only 1 map and originally you will only have 3 weapons max, but for those who
likes to have the wolfenstein3D fourth weapon (chaingun) you can cheat it and use it anyways.
"Summon WolfChaingun"

I placed this demo in the project section of this forum because i like to announce to start to form a team
for mappers SOON.
Since im pretty limited with this computer i have, for example i can't rip (new-) or edit music.

Sofar i will leave this demo over here, for you guys to toy aliitle around.
I later will ask for mappers to really form a team to start the real business.
I hope the forum moderators will agreed to this....otherwise move to the appropiated section.

What i want or need:

o Combination or re-edits of existed Textures but in 128x128 format.
o A bullet time powerup. If not it will become a Time freeze powerup.
o Double weapon powerup (i already have the decorate - i only need to do some sprite works)
o Stielgranate weapon in the make.
o More female (boss) enemies.
o More male (boss) enemies ofcourse.
o Some assistant in multiplay scripts and or decorate.
o Could use some help with the Boss rotations
o ...more to come....

I know Amrymen2002003, but i seek motivation by making a few invasion maps.
And thanks for compliment.
Im making now a bigger map 2, again with no boss at the end.
I want the first couple of maps to be boss-less.
I soon will make another video about this map2, and upload it to be 'tested'.

Don't get me wrong, i am going to stall creating a group of mappers/spriters/musicmakers-collectors for now.
First i need to do is indeed the rotations of the said known Bosses of Spear of Destiny.
After that i am going to make more custom Bosses, and seeking taunts for them.
Ofcourse i prefer them to speak german, or if it is really necessary maybe a English-german accent Schwartznegger look alike.

What i eventually seek are maps for Invasion, single play, deathmatch, capture the flag, survival, course-run, Pacman survival,
Goldrush, Bridge-Crossing and many more.
Might sound like i want too much, but this is really what i seek for.... in the end.
But First and highest priority are Invasion maps- Classic Wolfenstein 3D style.

But again, that is all for later.
I'll try to put up a list of things that i want and what has been done sofar.

One of the 'enemies' in this project.
This dog is just metallic for only a part.
Next possible dog will become more metallic.

Hey this looks great! I know it's not everyone's cup of tea but I really like invasion style mods. Thanks for working on this. Can't wait to see what else you come up with! :D

Have you tried it already?

Ofcourse i can spoil everything by saying that i have a few more game modes in mind.
They are not heavy scripted to become something really bad ass game mode.
For example there will be pac-man like maps, which is basicly a survival gamemode... but still... its slightly different.
Aswell some gamemode that i gave the name 'GoldRush'...which is also kinda a survival gamemode...
Anyways... with other words, this project is not Invasion only. :wink:

i guess it's for ease of identification, but it's kind of silly seeing the monsters being referred to as "brown guard", "brown dog", and "blue soldier" in this.

Its just a name, that is correct :wink:
And about the 'brown guard' and 'brown dog' thing is, because there will be some recolored guards and dogs...
So for now i'm making use of a color indentification.

Lofty ideas. I'd like to see all this implemented as well :)
Got to try it out. It's pretty hectic! Maybe give the enemies attacks a slight delay so that they aren't quite so hitscan-y. Like It will up the player's survivabilty a little. Just a suggestion.

This is awesome. I love invasion-games in general, adn this mod is no exception. Really keen on seeing more of it! Like more weapons, enemies and maps.
