What files do I need to run this? I tried the skull tag files but I don't know what order to put them in.
Any help?

Well guys it work for me...
the skulltag_data.pk3 and skulltag_actors.pk3 are in the skins forlders...
and i dunno maybe but i rename the sst_v1.4rc5.pk7 into pk3 and always work

I've been running it through the Zdoom Launcher with these files in this order:
skulltag_actors.pk3
skulltag_data_126.pk3
sstv1.4rc5.pk3
sst_thingrandomizer.pk3
You can find the 2 skulltag files here:

I still seem to be having trouble running it. Some kind of invalid decorate action?
EDIT: Here's the error
Script error, "skulltag_actors.pk3:actors/misc.txt" line 16:
Invalid state parameter a_faceconsoleplayer
Is there a version of skulltag_actors without this?

Try downloading Zandronum. A_FaceConsolePlayer is a Skulltag-derivative action.

I'd recommend the other version of skulltag_data.pk3. That's what I run it with. But whatever works for you is fine too.
Anyways. Sorry I've been gone for such a long time, guys. Some shit came up IRL that needed to be dealt with but it's done now.

Uh guys... i got this error message while it was starting up
Script error, "sst_v1.4rc6.pk3:sst_v1.4rc6.wad:DECORATE" line 210:
"THRUACTORS" is an unknown flag
