Not really in this case. Some of the dialogue choices are there to just allow you to "roleplay" the scav the way you would want. Although some choices later do effect how people act toward you, which while not game-ending in most cases will lock you out of some useful information unless you earn back their respect. Of course, there are a couple of characters who do appreciate a little banter, so...

It occurs to me that there are a few outstanding issues with this that are holding it back from being a "complete package" as it were. Expect another big update at some point in the future which will hopefully coincide with releases of standalone packs. Many thanks for all the feedback so far, it has been really useful to us.

Two things that I've noticed on my second playthrough so far.
A few suggestions which I think would make for nice quality of life changes:
- Make the reload of the super shotgun interruptible after it's empty. You can do this with the other weapons but not the ssg, it gave me some trouble a few times.
- The flashlight gets holstered after you reload with the revolver or 9mm. This can get annoying because you have to re-activate the flashlight after each reload. It should automatically come back after you're done reloading
- The skin tone of the player character is inconsistent with the rest of the hand weapon sprites when holding the 9mm. It's more yellowish while the hand sprite of the other weapons is more reddish. It's a bit distracting after noticing it.

Head to the front door of the Junkyard and speak to the gate guards, they'll tell you to clear the bunker nearby. Clearing it then will allow you to meet the boss of the Roamers, he'll ask you to find a weakness in Prosperity. Telling him the weakness will have him allow you access to the rest of the Junkyard and even the tunnels below unharmed, and it won't affect a thing ending-wise since he'll still ask you to do the dirty deed for him, and you can just sod off and take the Baron's offer.

I bailed out of talking to Garavito when he asked me to spy on town for him. I completing that quest would lock me into a bad ending for the town.

A cool idea for episode 3 would be to have hub towns you go back to between missions to stock up on supplies and find secret missions. NVM

Just a light mapping error I noticed, pretty much all of the buses in Escape From Atlanta have their climbable surfaces in the wrong place.
Also, Map 19, there's a cash register that's supposed to be interactive (the uber lock?) but it doesn't work.

I may be soft-locked out of quest, can someone confirm if that is the case or I just need to continue playing and something else will happen?

At Prosperity I spoke to Kyle before doing any quests and told me to leave him alone etc. I talk to the sheriff, went down and cleared out the tunnels, came back up, told the Sheriff, he says "oh awesome go talk to Kyle to fix the farms." Kyle still just says buzz off and go talk to someone at the bar. Am I soft locked out of the quest? I'm not looking for a solution/spoilers to it just want to know if something went wrong and if I need to put something in the console to fix it. I headed to the biodome in hopes that'll turn out to the solution anyway. Along with hoping I find the missing scavengers. I checked every corner in the nuclear plant and couldn't find any sign of them besides the dead one with the musket, I'm worried that by going there BEFORE getting the quest to find them may have broken something too.

You mean the safe in restroom of the city? You have to press the 2nd switch that appears on restroom wall that shuts down quickly. There are no limits, however so go nuts til you get it right

It's on Anomaly 210 right as you enter the sub for some reason? It disappears right as you walk through the first doorway after entering and will happen whenever I go through it

Quick question though:

I've heard that killing all the Roamers in the Scrapyard can lead to a bad ending. Is there a certain point when this no longer applies, or do I have to let the dirty bandits live for the entire mod? I've already given Garavitos the info about the infection and killed the guy who stole my bike.

Can anyone tell me what the 'good' and the 'bad' endings are supposed to be, and how many there are in total?

So far, I have played through Afterglow once, and I got an ending where Athena does a nuclear strike (self-destructing, I guess) that I manage to survive, thanks to the shelter. Is that a 'good' ending or a 'bad' one? And is it always supposed to end with a nuclear strike?

Think i mentioned this before but you do get two Game Overs if you either - A: push random keys against the ICBM console
B: Do nothing or make it to the Bunker after anthem ended.
Also Cutscenes in the ending are separate, and there's a secret one depends on how nice or naughty you were.
