I was able to download that specific file just fine. I am unsure what is causing this issue on your end; have you tried thrashing your internet browser [IE, FF, etc] history, cookies, and whatnot?
For added measure, if you can not successfully fetch the file using wget [Linux] or Invoke-WebRequest [Windows PowerShell v3], then there is diffidently something wrong.

EDIT 27.Dec.2013
Corrected the CMDLET for PowerShell. It's not 'Get-File' but instead 'Invoke-WebRequest'.

I hate reviving old topics (even though it's already stickied anyway), but I've been noticing there hasn't been a new build of GZDoom in two weeks, and I'm getting a little antsy. There's a couple of bugfixes and feature updates I've been waiting for. Is something wrong on DRD Team's end?

Also, shouldn't the title of this thread be updated, considering SVN hasn't been used since July of 2013? I get rather bothered when people keep saying to use 'the latest/recent SVN', when that would put them a year and a half in the past.

Up until 10 hours ago, GZDoom source code hasn't received any changes since 562-g43ea025. Hence, the lack of new builds. Now that it has, I would expect a new build to come out later today.

Ah. That would explain it. Though it raises questions on its own, such as 'Why not?'... But anyhow.

Perhaps because Graf has a life of his own and GZDoom isn't his only priority? ;)

Granted, but the ZDoom changelogs clearly show he's been active. Beyond that, it's all Greek to me.

Hi!

Can someone tell me where I can find latest builds for those programs on this website?

http://devbuilds.drdteam.org/

It is a little bit confusing that some of them haven't been uploaded yet or isn't uploaded any more for uncertain reasons. :?:

Ecwolf OK
Eternity I don't know if it's still being developed ..
GZDoom OK
Odamex OK
Vavoom hmm.. Abandoned?
ZDoom OK
ACC Well, I have already found this site: https://github.com/rheit/acc
Doombuilder 2 (discontinued I guess)
GZDoombuilder OK
Doombuilder 64 (I don't even know what this is)
Slade 3 (It's still developed though the updated versions haven't been uploaded yet.)

So I'm curious about the following:

Eternity, Slade3, Vavoom

most definitely discontinued
cocka wrote:Doombuilder 64 (I don't even know what this is)
It's the editor for Kaiser's Doom64EX, see http://doom64ex.sourceforge.net/wiki/in ... Builder_64
cocka wrote:Slade 3 (It's still developed though the updated versions haven't been uploaded yet.)
I don't know if Gez is still involved with Slade3.
The official builds by sirjuddington are on http://slade.mancubus.net
whereas Gez's builds are on http://devbuilds.drdteam.org/slade/

So I'm curious about the following:

Eternity development seems to have stopped, see http://www.doomworld.com/eternity/
Vavoom Last Update: 2013-04-25, see http://sourceforge.net/projects/vavoom/

Addendum to above concerning Eternity:
Development of Eternity is still going on, see http://www.doomworld.com/vb/eternity/

The Eternity Engine v3.40.46 "Bifrost"
Release date : 01/19/2014

It's just their official website that is in limbo. Go figure

I'm gonna stick with the version I have, since the svn builds lag more and are more pixely than 2.7.0

Okay, no, there is no basis whatsoever for this misinformation. Something must be configured differently between whatever versions you ran.
