As far as I'm concerned, yes, for the most part. A lot of the stuff is based on existing stuff from games or mods so depending on how uptight you are about such things you might want to take additional care with them. I've done my best to include accurate credits for everything. You should not use anything here in a commercial project, even those things that are entirely my work. "Commercial projects" also includes any of those lame "free" knockoffs whose licences allow commercial use.
This was taken from the thread linked to from this thread. So yeah, it should be okay, unless you plan to sell this wad which you couldn't legally do anyways, hehe.

All of those textures, weapons and stuff look pretty neat.

yeah theyre all top notch, especially the gorgon head/staff weapon, the ophidian staff is also good, and the edited bloodscourge, ettingrinder and neoworm are amazing with sprites

Indeed. However, using them leaves the problem of making them work somehow.

yeah, honestly i dont think that would be too difficult, im sure all i would need to do is mimic the fire mask scripting or whatever it is, and just get a custom wall texture for the masks and that should be it...i might be mistaken though, and the weapons are impossible for me to use considering i have no knowledge on how to use sprites or code, so hopefully theyll get finished up and i can use them like the ones on realm667

The wall textures are present on the thread you linked, I believe.

Hm, indeed it is only the water mask. Also, there's no "empty" socket to place the mask in.

yeah, but hopefully ill get those resources sometime, i really like the 2 other masks, collecting all three would be better than messing with switches

Indeed, it'd give more meaning to the hub in general, making the guardians and their elements actually serve a purpose.

definitely, also, themightyheracross is helping me with bringing some heretic monsters into the mod, so if i get all of this figured out properly, we'll see the iron lich as a boss in the guardian of steel

Fantastic, plus that'll allow you to add other monsters that could fit with the other maps.

yeah i cant wait honestly. from what i can tell, its all really easy other than the decorate file, and the reason why the file isnt easy is because i have no idea how to make one and dont know how to code the monster, but hopefully thatll be resolved today

Hopefully, yes. I wonder how different is the weapon and item decorate and scripting compared to monsters? If knowing how to do one may lead into the other, then perhaps the weapons and stuff found on that thread could be used.
