Added the dynamic ammo message system to the weapon's pickup messages
Hopefully resolved all the issues with hitscan weapons and RNG damage
Fixed midprint messages displaying only the first midprint message

GZDoom is crashing immediately when using EVP 3.1e on Debian. Is this just a linux bug or has the update borked EVP on Windows as well?

The error was actually due to a corrupted file. I redownloaded it and everything works now. I apologize.

Simplified the main menu
Flashing numbers for level stats, health and armor
Added options for weapon feedback and monster footsteps
Also updated the MO version with RNG damage changes and monster footsteps toggle
