chaoscentral... any idea if you are able to fix the bugs and issues mentioned in this thread?

You are *this* close to making a total DoomBuilder 1.67 replacement. You just need to fix the bugs...

When you're saving decorate editor the DB restarts to MAP01 instead to actual map?

It's unstable like 1.67 so don't download it or it will make mess from your levels, download 1.68 but without decorate editor (use XWE and others for that)

I know it's hard to write with a translator. But I'd like to ask something... Do you need a level editor and a DECORATE tool? Do you need just a level editor that works in Windows 98? I hope this translates well.

Yes, the program that was for download functioned perfectly in the Windows 98, this version that they are speaking, the 1,67, does not function, I only wanted that somebody passed me the program, please!

I'll wait and see until this gets implemented into DB 1.68. Nice idea tho!

:edit:
I tested it anyway and it seams to work, only problem is that it returns to MAP01.

When will we see a SndInfo / AnimDefs editors included?

Another bug found: Edit your level and behaviour, test run this wad. No scripts run. Edit scripts, you get this text:

Code: Select all

// Doom Builder could not detect a SCRIPTS lump in the map,
// so it has decompiled this code from the BEHAVIOR lump.
// Please verify that this code is correct, because it may
// not always work correctly with newer engines.

#include "common.acs"

// BEHAVIOR 1 scripts, 0 strings

That bug has already been found, because the decorate lump gets saved before the script lump, DB cant find the script lump
