Oh, those. Well yeah, pretty useless for Doom as they appear to be some kind of compiled lump...

Actually they are not compiled but simple text files... though the last byte in each log lump file ends with 0x00

Really? They look like a bunch of binary data to me in XWE.

EDIT: Nevermind. I just had to use the "Edit as text" option, or "View as ASCII".

No thanks. XWE is perfect (eventhough in the latest beta it has the tendency to crash but as Csabo has stated, it's only temporary).

Sorry for bump.

Despite doing this, I'm not getting an output file. And yes I have KSSC 1.3.

Did I have to extract KSSC into a specific folder or something? :?

how about SlumpEd....... Best Wad editor IMHO... supports Zips and PK3s. Also the offset setting of pngs without having to manually press aplly offset.. If you have yet to try it out, do so, only a couple threads down, get the one on page 5. Version 0.3a

There's an error in your script; I'm 99% sure that that's the only reason that it won't work.

Post your dialog script. (Or pm it to me if you want to keep it super secret).
